12 inch upper front sight

Hello, It looks like the 12.0 12.5 uppers have a lower profile barrel, will original type front sight bases be available or what are my options? just received my stock and it looks great. thanks for all you do.

If someone could provide with barrel measurements especially front sight base barrel size.
Basically T91 FSB won't fit.
