I think it would be difficult to use a regular AR15 barrel due to the location of the FSB shoulder...unless you're going to use a barrel blank or a heavy barrel and re-contour the whole thing.
Here's an T91 upper that I built by turning down a wolf A1 barrel to the correct 15mm profile with a original military FSB fitted.
Thank you so much!!
From the picture, can you say the mid-length and T91 gas port pretty much line up?
I am considering either re-contour a heavy barrel or find a shoulderless one.
What is your suggestion?
I have a .750 T91 FSB and all other parts ready, just need to find the barrel...

It does look like the mid length gas ports and T91 gas ports line up, I don't know if the fact that one is drilled at 90° and the other at 45° affects anything, I'm guessing not since the slant opening actually gives more leeway as far as alignment goes.
If you really care to know what my suggestion is...it would be to do exactly what I did, as in turn down the Wolf A1 barrel and install the correct military FSB. Or you can just leave it as is and it'd be correct for the T91S, now known as the T91K1, which uses the same FSB and heavier barrel weight as the Wolf A1 unit.

Really envy you to have that "correct" military FSB...
How do you find it?
I agree with you that the best option to make it work with a correct FSB will be turn down the Wolf A1 barrel.

I bought it from the T91 Tactical online store...may want to check with them and see if more could be ordered. Not sure why they stopped carrying it.
I've been trying to get a barrel from wolf with no luck. I was wanting a extra to turn down and build a true military t91 with out the wolf logos. But know one seems to want to help there.

They have the modified FSB fits Wolf A1 barrel now. Maybe because it is easier to swap...
