80% lower is dope. Are you able to get the font used for the serial number? If not, a high res '0123456789' reference image and I can vectorize it for laser engravers out there.

It looks like the font has changed a little from some of the images I've found online. I kind of like the older font but its a minor difference.

Do the gas hole and pin need to be redrilled to swap the sights?

Yes, new gas block has pilots pre-drilled. For proper fitting it need to be installed and aligned with center then drill through. Gunsmith recommend.

Thanks.

I also would like the serial number font if it's available. I want to pick up a receiver but I'd also like it to have a serial number with the correct font.

Any recommendation to completely remove the Wolf A1 gas block? I got the pin removed but the A1 gas block is not moving at all.
My gun smith hates it.

How deep are the engravings on the 80% lower? Is the material prepped for anodizing (sand blasted) ? I had one lowers engravings be destroyed by someone sandblasting for prep for anodizing :-(

Are you going to add your own serial number to match the original factory serial number? You’ll probably want to blast after doing that work. Ideally you would blast it after machining and deburring. The engravings looks pretty deep from the photos.

I am not adding serial numbers cause they are not needed. I just wanted to make sure on the engravings cause the last one was blasted with 100 grit all around and it destroyed the characters.
