Original Buffer

Does anyone know what type of buffer that the Taiwanese originally used on their T91s? Regular, H1, H2 or anti-tilt?

Seems like to me it's standard H3(not anti-tilt) according to the original part number, there's three of the tungsten weight. I had send in inquire to confirm that and waiting for the answer.
What we come up with by utilize H2/H3 combine with wolff heavy spring to increase performance, reduce weight and recoil.

I'm still waiting for the buffer spring specs, it maybe different than AR15.
For the information I've gathered, they do experiencing battery and ejecting issue from time to time. As for the carrier tilt, simply just replace them as scheduled maintenance if too serious damaged.

Good to know. I've been planning on buying a t91 upper for my Colt 6940P lower and wasnt sure which buffer I should use. The lower already has a standard "H" buffer so it should be good to go.

I hope this helps. i wouldn't rely on an H designation and weigh your buffers.
I use a small cheap digital kitchen scale.
useful if you start swapping weights.
