Picked up a NIB 14.5 T91 upper over at Arfcom for a steal. Placed first order from T91 same day. Decided to go for a mostly correct clone with some personal preferences.

Spare Anderson lower with std LPK I had on hand (for now).

T91 BUIS (preferred it's look over the carrying handle version)

Pinned & welded
V6G Delta flashhider because I think it just looks right in a retro 80's/90's way and matches the barrel finish well. Plus I did not care for the lock nut, OE comp, or the proper comp I ordered.BCM Gunfighter charging handle with small latch for personal preference.
Threw a real old school Thermold mag in it because it matched the aesthetic.

OD sling if I can find one I like (not correct, but more 80's/90's look to me)
T91 mag once back in stock
T91 safety (ordered LPK today)
T91 FSGB swap out and maybe barrel re-profile (ordered FSGB today)
T91 Lower with proper markings and stops removed
Honestly, this was too easy, and pretty cheap to accomplish to this point. I really like this carbine, and it feels really solid. I'm not going to tactical it up any further.
