Recomend a gunsmith for T 91 gas block replacement

Hello I am searching for a reputable gunsmith service to mount my T91 gas block this one here

I had him make the barrel for my SAR-80 and I couldn't be happier...

However with no effort at all the barrel extension has come loose on my upper rendering the barrel just about useless.

If your barrel extension came out loose then RMA is a must.
