I never really liked it with the shockwave brace and I figured I would put together a clone lower and SBR it. Then I came across this thread in the retro forums on ARFcom.

I guy names Red McCloud designed and 3D printed a retro pistol brace. I was inspired.
I took my T91 butt stock kit that was collecting dust and took it apart to make some measurements.
This was my first prototype.
I printed it out to see what needed to be tweaked and surprisingly very little was needed.
Here is the "rough draft".
This design uses the original T91 butt stock hardware and tube kit that is sold on this site. I might design one that looks the part but uses AR15 tube and latch parts. I see that the butt stock kit is currently out of stock.
What do y'all think. Is this something anyone else might be interested in?
