Noticed some minor speculation on this topic, but figured I would start a dedicated thread for it.
Do we know what exactly the finish on the upper receiver for the Wolf A1 is?
From what I can find, it seems to be the regular hardcoat anodizing that we all know and love.
This leads to the question of the texture of the finish.
Finish Speculation below:
1. Painted/coated (Hammerite, Duracoat, High-temp paint, backyard shed rustoleom, etc.)
2. Hardcoat Anodizing (with different prep work, resulting in texture)
3. Painted/coated + Hardcoat Anodizing (Think similar concept to Arsenal AK finishes)
Let me know what you guys think it is. I do know that the finish does not scratch easy, such as would paint.
Are T91 (205-spec/milspec) receivers like this as well, or is this limited purely to Wolf A1 receivers?

Yes, the wolf is a bit more of a "textured" finish compared to the finish on a couple lowers I have on hand. I suspect it is the same finish as the T91. Would be interesting to compare the two.
