14.5 T91 Upper.. Buffer/Spring combo?

I have a 14.5 clone upper and was wondering what the proper buffer/spring combo is. I have on hand a PSA carbine buffer/spring combo, a BCM carbine/H1 combo, and a Sprinco Blue Spring/ BCM H2 combo. What combo is best?

I think the H2 with the stock spring will hook you up. If the recoil is still significant then swap in one of the stiffer springs.
