From what I've read they include two front sights for the very reason you stated one is for the AR15 back up rear sights and one is for the original. As far as the flash hider being offset all the original photos I've seen it appears to be offset for full auto muzzle climb I believe. Great video

I did too installed tall front sight, sight in 50/yd last weekend with fairly tight group. Sad thing is it does not like steel case ammo. I got my first shot jam with steel case. :mad:
