Is wolf planning on offering the a1 upper in any other caliber than 5.56? I'd like to see a 7.62x39 or maybe 6.5 grendel or something along those lines.

Taiwan doesn't currently officially field any T91 derivatives in other calibers so very unlikely.
Caliber conversions have been done though.

Since the wolf a1 is built in the US, why couldn't the shop offer another popular US caliber? All it would require is a different barrel as long as you're switching to another caliber that utilizes the same bolt as the original 5.56.
