I have a 16" Wolf A1 upper that is having issues feeding the next round. It ejects reliability but will not reliability feed subsequent rounds. I've shot about a hundred rounds of mixed AE 5.56 and Taiwanese Wolf Gold .223. I did have a T91 gas block installed by a gunsmith (maybe the cause of the issue?). I'm using an Anderson lower with the buffer and spring below (carbine buffer tube):
Counter-Tilt H2 - 4.5oz Buffer & Chrome Silicon Carbine Buffer

I can also upload a video of me shooting the rifle if that would help.

Check your shell ejection pattern and it can tell if you are overgassed or short stroke.

In that case, you may want to port the gas port one size large.
