WOLF A1 front sight base canted

I have zeroed my Wolf A1 using Aimpoint PRO and tested its accuracy with a 4X scope at 100 yard without issue.
However, after I got a UTG flip up rear sight and found that read dot is not aligned with front sight post.
Anybody experienced this same issue?
