Are there any left-handers out there that are using this upper. I want to purchase but want to know if lefties will have a problem with brass ejecting to the face area. Thanks.

We are exploring solutions helping left handed shooters not to hit by the spent shells. Current design shell ejects between 4~5 O'clock direction. Will post update here.

Look at the A3 (flat top) Brass deflector sold by Brownells - $14.

Looking at it I assume it's incorporating the ejection port cover pin as part of its mount. That's actually a good idea to avoid tying up rail space.

Haven't heard from the designer since last September. I've email and ask if they are rolling it out.
Will post update here if receive answer from them.

Is this a commercial design or for military contract?
