Anybody know where to get a correct spanner nut wrench to tighten down the buffer tube nut?

I was thinking of using the T91 type buffer tube collar "nut". It appears to be a textured ring that is hand tightened.
Does it fit MIL spec threads?
Any chance I can score one?

It's made of 7075 and all standard MIL specs.
I'll get few extra T91 buffer tube nut by next shipment.
