Question about T91 Handguard locking pin

I have a question concerning the T91 New Improved Handguard Lock Pin (SKU T91HGLP02) in the store.

The description says improved lock pin. Is this the same lockpin set that comes in the M-Lok handguards when you purchase those or is this an improved version?
