Hi group.
This upper had been wonderful in every way so far. I have not tried long range with it, maybe later. But it works and that's all I'm asking of it now. All the parts I have in this build are working well together.

Hardware store version of the black GI muzzle cap, that version is a lot cheaper. OP, what forum do I know you from, MF?

The cap is red so I won't overlook it and blow it off. Not ghetto, made for A2.

The forums I troll are KTOG, Gateway to Airguns (on and off) and Coloradofans. A few brief appearances on some others. I was on SigArms556 for a few years but not for a while.

I have a T91 front sling loop to put on but I may have the barrel shortened and didn't want to take it off. But I don't want to loose dwell so I'm undecided on a 14.5.

The Sig forum may be it. Red caplugs cover a LOT of the stuff in my safes. When you are capping quite a few rifles it saves a couple of bucks that can go for ammo!

From ROTHCO.
Come to think of it, it does look like weed eater shaft shipping cap.

Very snug. No water getting in.

Rothco.

It screams "made in Taiwan".
Maybe a cop won't shoot me cause it looks like a toy.

Sweet baby Dick Cheney they charge a what, 500% markup on that thing? The Caplug model RCL-10 is the exact same thing.

Here's where I snag mine, you can get 10 for $12, and they have other quanity options. FYI this is the exact same thing the .mil uses except theirs are black.

That's a decent deal, Arkane. Didn't know about this vendor.
