Lacking a better location I guess this is about the best place to put this. I am rarely able to access the j-script functions at the top and bottom of the forums. I have tried Firefox, IE, and Chrome and there is nothing consistent that I can do to get them to work.

Would you please try this LINK with IE-11 to verify your browser and Java version.
And this LINK for downloading latest version of Java updates.
Make sure you install both "Windows offline" and "Windows offline (64-bit)" if you are on Windows. For OS X, there just one download.
And one more thing, after you logged in, please click "Home" on top of the page or F5 to refresh page few times see if it will reload Java properly.

Welp I'll deal with it. Java is on it's way out since Oracle deprecated it back in 2016 and has basically replaced it with the Java web start platform.

Truly sorry about this, I switched your board style from "FLATBOOTS" to "Carbon" under "User Preferences" and this should fix the Java issue.
LMK if it still bothering you.

Thanks,
Sean

I have the same issue. I've got the latest Java update and still not able to see any of the menu options.

Once you switched to "Carbon" style, it should fix Java issue for you.
