I just got done setting up my new 12.5 upper and tried to zero in the sights with a laser boresight. I ran out of adjustment before I could get it to zero. I tried 3 more rear sights and a different boresight and still the same. You can physically see that the gas block/sight is canted a little. I left a message at Wolf, I'll be waiting to hear back from them. Has anyone else experienced this?

I sent my upper in to Wolf and they fixed it.
A bit too fixed, but better.
They must have sent it back out the next day.
Turn around was fast.
